Refund and Returns Policy
At OPA: The Greek Night Experience, our weekly events are carefully choreographed and catered. Because seat booking is crucial to our production and food preparation, we adhere to a strict cancellation schedule.
1. Refund Schedule
Refund amounts are determined by how many days prior to the event start time the cancellation request is received:
| Notice Period | Refund Percentage |
| 40 Days or more | 90% Refund |
| 30 – 39 Days | 70% Refund |
| 11 – 29 Days | 50% Refund |
| Less than 10 Days | 0% Refund |
Processing fees from credit card providers or bank transfers may be non-refundable.
2. No Rescheduling
Due to the high demand and fixed seating nature of our performances, we do not allow rescheduling of tickets to future dates. If you cannot attend your scheduled event, the refund tiers above apply. You are, however, welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost (please notify us of the name change via email).
3. “Sold Out” & No-Shows
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the venue by the start of the performance results in a total forfeiture of the ticket price.
- Late Arrivals: We reserve the right to release “No-Show” seats 30 minutes after the event starts if no prior notice is given.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to opagreeknight@gmail.com . The timestamp of the email will serve as the official notice date for calculating the refund tier.
