Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and Woodmart Games and its affiliates (hereinafter “Woodmart Games” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of OPA GREEK NIGHT EXPRERIENCE websites and related services (the “Service”). In this agreement “OPAGREEKNIGHT” includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. Use of the Service is also governed by Greek Law which is incorporated herein by reference.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking an experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and partners.

2. Booking & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book and attend the OPA Greek Bouzoukia Night.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings.

3. Pricing & Partner Accounts

  • Partner Roles: We offer specific pricing for designated Partners. These rates are visible only when logged into a verified Partner account.

  • Unauthorized Use: Partner accounts and their associated discounts are non-transferable.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue the experience at any time without notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your booking is subject to our strict Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Non-Refundable: All payments are final.

  • Rescheduling: Allowed once (1) per booking, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the event start time.

  • Late Requests: Requests made within 48 hours of the event are ineligible for rescheduling or refunds.

5. Event Conduct

  • Limited Seating: Bookings are valid only for the date and time specified.

  • Live Performance: As this is a live music event, OPA Greek Bouzoukia Night reserves the right to manage seating and entry to ensure a safe and high-quality experience for all guests.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

OPA Greek Bouzoukia Night shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at the event or use of this website. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, our liability is limited to a full refund or a rescheduled booking.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
